All persons with a reserved Ghost Hunt date at Prospect Place:
I need to inform you of a change in policy with regard to reservations after 1 April 2009. Due to new management policies all fees for your hunt will be due no less than two weeks before your scheduled reservation. This is due to the fact that our new tour guides will not have the ability or be bonded to handle cash, checks or cards at the door. Thus all forms (i.e. waiver/licenses and rental agreements) should be sent with full payment to:

No later than 2 weeks (14 days) before your hunt is scheduled.
Additionally there is a new form which is available from our website called a "rental agreement" which you are required to sign in order to investigate at Prospect Place. This form basically "rents" the estate for you or your group for the weekend. Keys will be handled via lock box and your tour guide will explain how this works when you arrive.
