It's good to see you're busy again, but usually the Halloween season brings in the people who aren't serious, and scream at every little sound they hear. I remember one time I was there and there were a group of girls we all had to avoid all night. They were afraid of everything. No good evps when you've got screamers in the house, lol.

You are right, that can be a problem. October was booked up about a month ago though, we are currently filling what's left of November and looking toward December/January at this time
Of course, scheduling a hunt as private eliminates the possibility of being there with a disruptive group. These days we frown on teenagers coming without a parent. In fact, it has been policy for about a year and a half that no kids may attend without their parents. The days of rowdy teen ghost hunts are over. There was too much noise and too much damage done to the house from the kids
Also, we will no longer schedule "ghost walks" (1.5 hour ghost tours) at the same time a group is there to do a hunt. From next week on the "walks" will be conducted between 5:30 pm and 7 pm and will be over before ghost hunts begin for the night.
